Really great customer service. My salesman (Nick) was super-knowledgeable about the Prius I was buying and supported the amount I needed for my trade-in. I chose to use the contactless purchase meaning the entire sales experience was at my home! It was amazing. There was no problem about my choice to finance through my credit union, Nick brought the car to me at my home, explained all the hybrid and safety features, and took the trade-in back to the dealership. It was a very smooth purchase and I love my new car! Since purchasing, I've brought my car in for oil changes and been pleased with the service department as well.
